Another view of morning market. Fresh meat, cut to order. In Taiwan, Almost everyone seemed to have a business! The poorest of the poor, still worked. It was not a system of handouts, there were no beggars, just hard working business men and women, working for the dollar they needed to feed their families. They were a proud people, and did not like to have someone “tip” them. To them, that was not earn money, and they would not accept it.
