Durian Fruit is known through-out all of China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and other Southeast Asian Countries, as the “King of Fruits!” It is one of the most beneficial fruits there is in all of Asia.  The Durian Fruit is believed to help relieve constipation, bloating, gas, and indigestion. It helps you in  prevention of Osteoporosis! The Durian Fruit will give you an excellent nights sleep. It is believed to  reduce heart disease and will aid in the maintaining of a healthy blood pressure. Many Doctors say that it  helps in the prevention of Cancer, Asthma, and infertility. It is believed to  delay premature aging, age spots, and macular degeneration. These are all things that Alternative Medicine uses the Durian plant for.  The Chinese, Taiwanese, and Indians use the Durian plant to assist in the prevention and control of these diseases and others.
