We Stop To Give Thanks

We stop to give thanks for the bountiful harvest we have had. We are thankful for the early and latter rains. We are thankful for the many harvests we have had throughout the year. We are thankful that no pests came to eat everything in sight. This is a day that Canada and The United States set aside as a country to give thanks. The Explore Travel Team also sets this day aside to be thankful.

We stop to give thanks for all the many borders in the world that opened up to us this past year. We are thankful that you allowed us to be your guests. Thank you for sharing your country with us. We thank all the tour operators, guides, drivers, hotel and resort staff, dive centers, and everyone who has worked so hard in our behalf. We stop to give thanks for each of you. We are thankful for all the new friends that we made in our travels. We thank you for following our adventures online and for sharing yours with us. We have had a magnificent year and we are thankful.

We stop to give thanks to all the many guides who shared their countries with us this past year. You shared those things that we knew about and things that we had no idea of. You took us to places that tourists rarely go. We are thankful for all the ruins throughout the world that we were able to experience and explore. Thank you for sharing those restaurants that were not on the normal loop. What amazing food we shared with each of you.

We stop to give thanks for our military men and women who have given up so much for us. Thank you for serving your country. We remember each of you as you are far from friends and family on this Thanksgiving Day. Thank you for your service!

We stop to give thanks for our families and friends. We are thankful for each of you. Thank you for all that you do. We are thankful that you are a part of our lives. On this Thanksgiving Day, the Explore Traveler Team says thank you.
