hello everyone welcome to orenco station I’m here at Central Park which is the biggest park here in the area of Aruba station Hillsboro Oregon so before we get going I want to like ask you to subscribe like and share these videos it helps us to gain more viewers and it helps us to get people just to be able to see the content there on YouTube or on Facebook or wherever you’re watching this video so I’m going to take you on a walking tour this is the second part of the tour the first part was done in evening time and this time’s done in kind of the late afternoon and of course if you look carefully behind me you will see that we are very close to one of the largest um semiconductive factories in the world which is with Intel Corporation so this is the neighborhood that’s very close to them in walking distance to Silicon Forest is what they call it so I’m going to take down a walking tour so let’s get going see you down the walkway okay so we are starting here in Central Park Hillsboro Oregon marinco station area and we’re going to walk the neighborhood so you kind of get a feel for what’s going on over here it’s is kind of a it’s going to take you on this one Loop but this is the area a lot of these are home Homes single family homes but some of them are duplexes and this little Loop it looks like they’re mostly single family homes and you can get them for rent and get them you know some of them are short-term rentals some of them are long-term and a lot of oranges you know for sale there’s several parks with inside this community some of them are connected to apartment complexes or Quantum complexes you can see that’s Intel I think that’s our front of the office I’m not sure
so if you work at the factory and you’re part of their manufacturing facility or engineering or so that’s a wrinkle Station Road right there so that’s how close you are literally walking distance
so we’re gonna walk around this neighborhood a little bit [Music] and then we’re going to retreat back to where some of the stuff that you saw in the first video this is what it’s a nice safe little bubble a lot of people within the high-tech world like to move to or at least check it out consider it so hopefully you’ll find this useful a lot of people walk their dogs in this neighborhood it’s quite quite popular
from all the nests there’s a lot of birds that live around here so this is a nice place to you know just relax take your pets for a walk
push your kids around in the stroller whatever you’re in the mood for [Music]
people like to go around jogging here so anyway those townhouses [Music] see those listed for short-term rentals quite often so you probably can find them on some kind of service like Airbnb or something I mentioned that earlier they’re definitely involved on the internet so this style of neighborhood just kind of goes on for about
two blocks in that direction
we’re going to go down here on the wrinkle Road Rinko Station Road
and call us to Mary Poppins Style show you an area that I know these are short-term rentals
so there’s a number
[Music] I need that information there it is there’s some restaurants over here and I’ll show them to you once more
that’s the Indian restaurant over there it’s kind of a parking area for people that live over there
you need a real estate agent for this area Windermere they’re right here so they definitely would be able to tell you what’s going on
see those townhouses all about their own garage and I think yeah then some of them are attached some of our detached
this is the area that has the Farmer’s Market so if they’re looking for some local vegetables local crafts a good place to find it is right here that’s called the Rinko office suites so a lot of your account in some lawyers and stuff you kind of hang out there this is a pre-planned community we were checking this area out I think the last time we had checked it out was like 2003 and none of this had been built yet they’re starting to build some of the infrastructure of this whole area was already in existence
